No Cancellations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Limited Warranty

Warranty covers major manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by dropping, improper use, accidents, normal wear, or natural variations in wood, colour, or texture.

Unboxing Video Required

For any manufacturing defect or transit damage claim, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video of the sealed package is mandatory.

Order Acceptance

MY POWER reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to incorrect information, payment issues, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
